Meet the Founder
Edward Zislis
Real Estate Developer, Investor and Realtor
With over 16 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Edward Zislis has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects defined by integrity, precision, and vision. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, Edward has successfully managed and developed a diverse portfolio of residential and multi-family properties throughout Fairfield County and beyond.
He owns and oversees a large multifamily portfolio, including a 45-unit mixed-use project currently under construction. Over the past decade, Edward has purchased, renovated, and built dozens of properties on spec, taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of development—from site acquisition and financing to construction and project management.
Known for his attention to detail and leadership, Edward has guided multiple construction teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. His expertise spans from ground-up builds to large-scale renovations, reflecting a deep understanding of both design and execution.
